Internet connection problem fixing LAN

Hello, am connected with the campas LAN network but on the notification area it says no internet connection how do i fix this?

Contact the IT support on campus, there are several different ways this could be controlled, and people won't really be able to help without knowing the exact setup they are using.

Also check ipconfig to see if you are getting IP from DHCP server. Inform IT about this.
