Internet Connection Problems

Hello,
I have been experiencing problems connecting to the internet. It seems that after i restart or shut down my computer the next time i go to use it, i dont have internet access which i find weird bc im wired into the router. All other computers in the house work but mine wont go on the internet. I can only get internet access after i do a system restore to any previous date. I have a Dell XPS 8500, What should i do?

yes i have ran malwarebytes scans, microsoft essential scans, mcafee scans, and tdssKiller scans. Nothing shows up. i am honestly really tricked.
