WHENEVER I WANT TO LISTEN TO MUSIC OR WATCH A VIDEO ON THE INTERNET IT WILL
ACT LIKE IT IS LOADING AND THEN CLOSE. ALSO, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE
WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. I HAVE TRIED UPGRADING IT, DELETING IT AND THEN
REINSTALLING IT AND NOTHING WORKS. MEDIA PLAYER WILL TELL ME THAT IT IS NOT
COMPATIBLE WITH MY SYSTEM? ARE THE PROBLEMS MAYBE LINKED?
