Question Is 200 watts PSU that comes with the casing is enough for i3 8100 and gt 1030?

Yesterday my 500w PSU was dead (probably burned) and I replaced it with the PSU that came with my Maxgreen casing. It says 500w on the PSU's body but it's actually 200w. So is 200w enough for my pc? Note that I play Rainbow Six Siege 10 hours daily. My PC specs are:
i3 8100
gt 1030 (gigabyte high profile)
1tb hdd 7.2k rpm
2x8gb corsair vengeance 2400 mhz ram
asrock b360 hdv mobo
2xfront led fans

200w is plenty but if it's sold as 500w but only can deliver 200w it's a garbage PSU that you don't want to power any system with it.

Unrelated, perhaps you should consider getting SSD over HDD.
By all means continue having HDD as a mass storage , but if the budget allows it,you might wish to consider 480gigs as an optimal minimum.
Apps on it opening more quickly, games on it loading MUCH faster.
Windows booting dramatically faster.
Even cheapest crapiest SSDs from last 5 or so years should bring significant improvements in overall experience.
