Question is 500 watt good?

I can’t think of a good quality 500w. Are you actually running 2x570’s as listed is that a mistake? With a single 570 then 500w is plenty but you want a good quality unit so are actually looking at the 520-550 options of good models.

If actually running 2x570’s then maybe a good quality 650w but ideally 750w

You're better-off with an RM or HX, in the Corsair line....a good rule of thumb being:
Calculate the total power consumption of the system, multiply that by 1.53, and select a PSU output rating that is equal to, or greater than that number--typically rounding-up to the nearest 100 + 50.

RANDOM EXAMPLE:
Total actual system power consumption = 435 Watts
435W * 1.53 = 665.55W
Rounding to the nearest 100: 700W
Bring it up to 50 above that: 750W

Line selection: RM750 or HX750, in the Corsair brand.
