Question Is 550w enough for Gtx 1070 and i5 9600k?

So i changed my pc because old died from shortcircuit,i just save the power supply and rams, the psu was 500w (iceberg 500w +80plus (very strange psu)), i had a i5 6400 and an old asrock board, but i changed to i5 9600k and a gigabyte b365m ds3h board with wifi, but i realize when i install my graphics card 1070 pc doesn't boot, some people suggest me to buy a 600 or 650 gold, but i really want to buy very affordable and economic, i want to get a Seasonic focus 550w Gold or Platinum, but i don't know if it will work with my components? i got to say i use my pc aproximately 16 hours per day, much time on gaming, or working with 3D software for rendering, im not that hardcore gamer, dont overclock my cpu, just the gpu...

This is muy build

• i5 9600k
• Rog strixx gtx 1070 8gb
• Gigabyte b365m ds3h wifi
• 8gb ram
• 480 Gb ssd
• Monitor led 22".

Is 550w gold enough to make it run even with OC or should i get the 600 or 650?
what do you suggest?
