Yes the GPU will drop in on that board. What is the make and model of the PSU you're looking to pair with those two parts?
This is my latest parts selected:
MotherBoard: MSI MEG Z390 GODLIKE LGA1151: S$829.50 (Compatible with Case)
CPU: INTEL CORE I9-9900K: S$848.00
Ram: F4-4000C17Q-32GTRS G.Skill 32GB DDR4 Trident Z Royal Silver 4000Mhz PC4-32000 CL17 1.35V Quad Channel Kit (4x8GB) : S$717.09 (Compatible with Case)
System Cooling: Hydro Series™ H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler:
S$249.00
Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER™ GAMING TRIO: S$1062
Power Supply: CORSAIR RM850X 850 WATT 80+ GOLD CERTIFIED FULLY MODULAR PSU: S$219 (Compatible with Case)
Storage: Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB: S$389
Seagate FireCuda 2TB 2.5inch Internal Hard Drive ST2000LX001 SSHD: S$159
Seagate BarraCuda Pro 1TB Internal Hard Drive Performance HDD – 2.5 Inch SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 128MB Cache for Computer Desktop PC Laptop, Data Recovery – Frustration Free Packaging (ST1000LM049):
S$88.95
Case: Cooler Master Cosmos C700P ATX Full Tower Case: S$469
Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q Gaming Monitor: S$1199
Speaker: Z313 SPEAKER SYSTEM WITH SUBWOOFER: S$59

I think i will pair the CORSAIR RM850X 850 WATT 80+ GOLD CERTIFIED FULLY MODULAR PSU with the MSI MEG Z390 GODLIKE LGA1151 and the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER™ GAMING TRIO. But i need to be very sure the are compatible to each other for the 2080 super (graphics card)and godlike (motherboard). Thanks

Both. The FireCuda and the Baracuda.
No need for 2.5" drives in a desktop case.

For the FireCuda, there is little need for that particular type drive. Unless you're accessing the same data from that drive over and over, that small SSD cache in it does nothing for you.
Wait, so I just get a M.2 SSD and no HDD or SSHD? Because I'm new to desktop building, sorry if you get annoyed.

You can have HDD's in there as well.
Just that the functionality of the FireCuda SSHD is not needed, nor are 2.5" drives.

A FireCuda might be good if it is the only drive in a laptop, in an office situation. And given the ever falling prices of actual SSD's, not even then.

So a Barracuda Pro is fine?

Being an "Enterprise" drive, a bit expensive.
But it will work.

Thank you so much for your assistance, but can you help me check if i picked the parts correctly. If there is something missing or something wrong with it, can you please tell me and give me some suggestions? Thank you!!
Can you also help me check if it is compatible with the case or the motherboard? Thank you!!!

Are those in AUD instead of USD? Those prices look really expensive to me. Looks OK to me but if I were you, I would not use the Z390 godlike as it is not the best in terms of price to performance. You can get 90% of the board with something cheaper like the Z390 Aorus Pro and most likely you won't need the extra 10%. I also wouldn't buy a 4000 MHz RAM as in most cases 3200 MHz would do just fine in an Intel system. There are some extremely memory sensitive workloads that will benefit from it, but most of us probably won't care. If you are not planning on using multi GPU setups, high-end (Threadripper or Intel X) desktop CPUs, or extreme overclocking an 850W PSU is usually too much. A 650 W would be a much better choice. Read here.

Where are you buying this?
Is this US prices? Because that is awfully expensive. $5300

Looking at the OP's other posts it appears to be in Singapore which is why the price is so high. Price to performance I'd swap to AMD Ryzen instead of Intel, far cheaper and performance will still be great.

Disregard the error message as the board ships with updated BIOS.

Monitor is Freesync but should work with the 2080S using a DP cable, newest Nvidia drivers and following these directions.
