I'm midway through the journey to a White and Black build and I already got the parts that are gonna be for the (White) part which is some RGB Fans and RGB Ram set to a Static White, but for the last few months i've been wondering why both the RGB Fans and RGB Ram's White look off. The RAM looks brownish for white and the Fans look Blue mixed with White. Is it a software problem or the product problem? I use the ASRock Polychrome RGB Software on my ASRock B450 Pro4.

Solution
Your RAM looks like a result of the plastic being used, you can contact the manufacturer to see if thats to be expected.
I personally refuse to buy RGB equipment (for anything) unless its RGBW, which has a dedicated white light.
White LEDs are not really white. They are usually a mix of blue and possibly some other color and some phosphor coating to make them seem white. It is not uncommon for there to be a strong blue cast, or a yellow cast. Remember, LEDs produce light by electron energy transitions, and they only come in certain limited colors, none of which are white.
