Question Is it normal for ryzen temps to spike up?

Recently i noticed that the temps for my Ryzen 2400G is randomly spiking to 70C+ as my mobo is set to beep at 70C, i was also looking at reddit where some people are saying its because of XFR2.

For example:
I was playing AC:Unity and closed the game and immediately opened facebook on chrome and BEEP temps hit 70C.

70c is nothing I'd raise the beep temp to 80c.

72 - 75c is throttling temperature. 95c is shutdown temp.

I am trying to change the thermal paste, and then I will monitor the temps.

Hello, wanted to ask something. The two top fans are mounted as in/out with the fan infront of the cpu fan as in and the one behind as out. Is this efficient?

If that intake fan on the top is toward the front that should be OK , It's importamt to have as contious air flow as possible.
