I’m about to temporarily use my 2080 on 550W PSU, I mean like very temporary like once or twice. Is it safe? What’s the minimum wattage for 2080?

Can you post all the specs of your PC(CPU, MOBO, RAM, PSU model) ?

If you have a great quality 550W PSU (Seasonic focus PLUS, EVGA SuperNOVA G3, etc) you should be able to run a 2080 on it.

Ryzen 3 2200G, with Gamemax 550W 80+ Bronze PSU. I dunno what other spec he's using. Actually I'll be using it just for idle and not gaming. Is it safe?

If you're not gaming on the PC(just browsing etc.), the card will barely draw(no more than 70W) power so you're fine.
For long term intensive usage you should change your PSU to a 650W great quality model(Seasonic Focus+, EVGA SuperNOVA G3, Corsair CX/TX/RM).

Yes it is actually just for opening GeForce Experience and that's it, unplug the graphics card. Sure it is safe?
