i have a Ryzen 7800X3D CPU with an NZXT X63 Kraken 240mm AIO connected to the top of my case as an exhaust.

i want better cooling for my cpu as it sits pretty hot and i want to know if its a good idea to get a arctic freezer III pro 360mm and hook it up to the front of the case as it would fit on the top.

So my thoughts and worries are:
-will it mess up air flow, current fan flow i have is top and back fan/aio is exhaust and front is intake so if i was to put a aio there would i keep it that way or would need to switch it around.
-does having a aio on the front make difference
-would i see a big difference in temps from the x63 kraken (240mm top of case) to a Arctic freezer III pro (360mm mounted to front of case)

The rest of my setup is:
Mobo: Rog Strix B650E-F
GPU: RTX 5080
RAM: DDR5 6000mhz cl30
PSU: Seasonic Gold rated 80+ 850w

Yes, it would help. Most 240 AIO are no better than good twin tower air cooler. When radiator is at top as exhaust it picks warmer air in the case which makes for lower delta of air temperature thru radiator. When placed to be an air intake (usually at front) delta is that of ambient/room air and you get better CPU cooling. Depending on case temperature that may be 5c difference or more. In any case, radiator fans act as case fans too so case air flow remains abut same,

my case temperature is sitting at 31c, the weather today is at 29c at the moment meaning my room is most likely in the region of 28c-32c

this have changed temps maybe -0.5c, not really work the annoying block of led light at he the front XD
The front panel sure looked pretty restrictive(some reviews mention it too)... I wouldn't rule it out just yet, as there may be something more crucial elsewhere.

How old is that cooler?

As @USAFRet asked, post pics of the interior so we can see the fan layout - please remove the glass panel for clearer images. You also have to link through imagehosting sites to post them here.

case model is a antec midi tower p110
Get a new pc case.
Choose high airflow model with mesh front.

Your pc case is completely unsuitable for high performance gaming system.
