Is my cpu working?

Hello,
My PC won't send signal to monitor or to keyboard.
Do I need a new CPU?

Observations:
Powers on and stays on,
all fans are working
cycles through DVD drives and
LEDs do light up
attached USB hub does turns on

Tried the following:
changed monitor, keyboards,
changed motherboard
removed graphics card and tried the onboard VGA and HDMI

what's left to try?

You can try swapping the PSU, but I suspect that it is either motherboard or CPU or both.

this sounds exactly like what happened to me. all electronics came on and got power but it wouldnt do squat. i first replaced the cpu for a good amount of change and it ended up being the mother board

It turned out to be the cpu but I ended up replacing both.
Meanwhile the AMD cpu is under warranty so I'll try out the old motherboard to see if it is defective too.

Ok, motherboard works fine so it was only the cpu that faied. Case closed from my point of view.
