Is my galaxy geforce gtx 670 not running at the right clock speeds?

I have a Galaxy Gtx 670 with a gigabyte GA-Z77X-UK3H mobo and it is my first time using a gigabyte mobo. so i went into the Easytune, and when i went under the Graphics tab it said that my core was at 715mhz and my memory was at 3004mhz. So i took a look on galaxy's website and it says that my base clock speed is 915mhz and my memory speed should be at 6008mhz.

so overall, are they talking about the same thing as in Easytune 6 (core and memory) = Galaxy (clock speed and memory speed)?

If so how would i change the clock speed using Easytune?

Download gpuz.CLick that question mark icon.Then click the sensor tab.And check speed.

to check speed, use the little black down arrows on the sensor tab and click 'show maximum', and make sure the 'update gpuz while in background it ticked' run a benchmark and report back with the MAX core and mem speeds.

gpu z is saying my gpu speed is at 1006mhz and my memory is at 1502mhz
