Question Is my GPU dead?

So my PC keeps crashing at random intervals. It doesn't matter what i'm doing I get these kinda screens with no notice and have to hard reset. Sometimes it'll do it quite often and then go for a few hours before doing it again. Please see the links for screen pics. GPU is an AMD R9 280x.
