Question Is my motherboard fried?

So I was installing my build on a new case that I got today, prior to this I was using my pc without a case and it was working just fine.

After I finished installing everything on the new case I tried to turn on the computer and everything powers on but the computer didn’t post at all, fans go loud at the start and then get quiet then it’s just a black screen, cannot access bios or nothing.

I removed everything from the case and tried to use it as before and same thing.

I tried taking the CMOS battery out and putting it back in, trying to boot up with only one ram and few other things and still have the same problem.

Does anyone have an idea on what can be causing this or is it is fixable?

It was working fine since I got it, just did this after I put the build in a case.

I tried reseating the ram and the gpu and same thing, no POST.

Motherboard is Asrock b450m-hdv r4.0 and processor is Ryzen 5 5600

I would check to be sure that you installed the system with all the standoffs in the right position and that there were not any small metal debris that could have touched the back of the motherboard.
