[SOLVED] Is my PSU safe?

So I have bought a used FSP 500 60APN (no 80+ certification) a month ago and it's condition looks good (From outside at least) and it's been running my system fine so far in games even after increasing GPU's powerlimit... But then I saw so many people online warning about old and used PSUs (as mine ages back to 2013) so I am now sort of worried...

Will the PSU get blown up/die on me? Will it kill any of my PC Parts? How can I make sure the PSU is safe? Can I overclock my GPU with it? Should I worry about it?

My PC:
-i5 4590
-8 GB RAM Dual channel
-XFX Radeon RX 570 4 GB
-2 HDDs
-Classic dell Optiplex 7020 motherboard with 24 pin to 8 pin ATX adapter for PSU as the motherboard has an 8 Pin connector and PSU has a 24 Pin connector.

Its a pretty low quality PSU to begin with. Your systems power draw really isn't that high, but that PSU is certainly more likely to die and take out other components than a new one.

I don't have the budget to buy a new one, I just want a... uhm... a time estimation when it will die so that I would change it right away before it dies, how can I know that? how can I check if it's safe? that's my question...

You can’t. This is the risk of low quality psu’s especially in gaming pc’s. It might last a couple of years, it might fail the next time you switch it on. Sorry but there is no way to know.

I appreciate your said you don't have the budget but the only option is a new good quality psu that includes a good warranty. There is no other answer.
I have been noticing some sort of FPS drops recently... from 75 FPS to 74 FPS to 69 FPS then to 75 again (v-sync on)... Can the PSU be causing it? can the PSU even cause FPS drops?
