Define "enough"
A good twin tower air cooler will work well.
It just won't get the last 2% of performance that a 360 aio would.

I want my cpu to last a long time and not shorten its lifespan. "Enough" I mean to cool the 14900k at 100%(no OC).

I have a fear of one day the AIO dies, and my cpu overheats/damaged permanently.

That's why there are protections already in place to deal with this - throttling and then forced system shut down, if the former doesn't do enough.
