Question Is the Quiet! Dark Rock Pro V worth it for a mid-range build and will it block ram slots of B650E?

I plan on getting the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro V for B650E AORUS MASTER ATX AM5 Motherboard. I plan on going for a mid-range gaming build. Is that heatsink overkill or should I choose a cheaper one? I don't plan on overclocking (but I might) and the heatsink is a bit expensive but I am interested in a quiet heatsink and one that is easy to maintain and from what I've read the dark rock pro V fits the bill.

Also, is there a way I can determine if the heatsink won't block my ram slots? I only know the dimensions of the heatsink (145 x 136 x 168 without mounting material) and the package dimensions of the motherboard from amazon (13.27 x 10.87 x 3.31 inches).

Thanks. I'm looking at the Ryzen 5 9600X currently. I'm thinking of going with a cheaper cooler so I appreciate your suggestion. I also got recommended the Thermalright Phantom Spirit which I'm currently leaning towards purchasing.

I heard from another user that the TL-C12 fans on the Thermalright Phantom Spirit don't last long. Have you heard of that?
