Is there a physical difference between the same make/model of ram at different mhz?

adata xpg v2
2400mhz vs 2600mhz

is it just the manufacturer's tuning or do they use better selected components? I'm fairly certain there is no physical difference, but I couldn't find a straight answer anywhere.

I'm not interested in performance difference.

Many times they are the same just binned.
