Is this a decent pc for WoW and other titles?

Hello guys,
I'm planning on building a PC for a friend and I know he wants to play WoW and some other games. I have chosen this list of parts that I think will do great for these not to demanding titles:

AMD FX-4300
ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX
Asus GTX 650ti 2gb
Kingston HyperX Savage HX318C9SR/4
Cooler Master B600
Sandisk SSD 128GB

The SSD will provide enough storage and would be a great plus while it's very cheap at the moment.
I hope you can agree with my choice of parts and otherwise give me some suggestions on bettering it.

Well, WoW is a very cpu heavy game, and that cpu isn't very powerful, and will struggle keeping up with everything happening on the screen. Your cpu should be adequate with a little bit of overclocking, but I would recommend a fx6350 or a fx6300. The gtx 750ti or a r9 270x would be worth considering if you want a bit more performance on the graphics.

I know this isn't the best cpu but it is a budget build. Also i've seen benchmarks showing that it can compete with a 8350 in wow. But would this pc be able to play wow at about 40 fps on highest?
I will btw overclock the cpu with an 212 evo

I will indeed be overclocking gpu and cpu as much as possible

On 1080p high settings, yes above 40 fps. Highest settings however fps would be around 30.

a 260x performs more or less the same with the 650ti.

The fx 6300 is a 6 core and wow only uses 4 right?

Overall for all applications the fx 6300 will perform slightly better than the fx 4300. But either processor would be fine, the gpu would be the bottleneck. I would recommend the r9 270x, it would easily handle most mainstream games like WoW, CS, Starcraft2, Dirt:Showdown at 1080p.

Thanks, i will then overclock a 4300 and will stick with the 650ti as it perfectly fits my budget. And i know the gpu is capable of playing wow at 1024x768 on highest as i've had this card
