Bear in mind that Laptop GPUs are not equivalent to desktop GPUs, but manufacturers like to use desktop part names to make you think they are. Performance is always disappointing on gaming laptops if you're used to a desktop.

A laptop 1650Ti might seem like it should perform similar to a desktop 1660Ti, but in reality you will get much lower performance on the Laptop.

Looking at UserBenchmark:

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compa...s-Nvidia-GTX-1650-Ti-Mobile/m776281vsm1091296

it says that the 1660Ti should be approximately 50% faster than the 1650Ti (Effective Speed)

Looking at the Heaven benchmarks on both cards, the 1660Ti gets 64.5 FPS, 19.3 more FPS than the 1650TI at Ultra settings, which gets 45.2 FPS. This equates to an improvement of 43%, which is in the right ballpark.

All seems fine to me.
