Going to buy it locally from a guy on craigslist. I will either sell my current PC or possibly it on craigslsit/EBay (I just saw 2 similar ones go for ~450)

Cool just make sure you test it thoroughly before buying. Also see if you can talk him down a bit, you never know, good luck
