Is this a good monitor for PC gaming?

Do you think it is good for PC gaming? I've read the reviews down below and people say it isn't. What do you think?

With 5ms responce time that should be a fine monitor!

I did notice it's IPS monitor, but he'll be using it in gaming so no need for IPS at all, the LED monitor is 2MS response time, LED, 23", nice viewing angle.

IPS screens are more for medical/photo editing because of it's Colors accuracy. So no need to game @ IPS monitor.

And LG is not the great brand for IPS monitor or even LEDs

Well I actually already ordered it before I made this thread lol so if it sucks then sux for me =\

im getting mixed responses. can clarify if its good or not for gaming?

@Rolli59, as i told you...IPS is great for Photo editing because of the Color Quality, beside the Viewing angle which wouldn't matter in low size monitors.

@OP, no problem with the monitor at all, 5MS is perfect for gaming.

I used to game on a 25ms 17" LCD ($1000) about 10years ago, there was lag got used to it!
