Right now im looking at the Antec two/three hundred case.

well antec make an excellent psu in your range for the mentioned cases

500watts will run any single card and you only need 600 watts to power most 2 of newer cards and 700 watts for 2 older cards, even ati even reccomends 850watts for 2 5970

i think you'll be happy with the antec or corsair psu

Unless you are planning on tri-sli or something there really is no need.

I'd go with the Antec TPN, it's less expensive, more efficient and semi modular, which should help out at least a little in an Antec 200 or 300.

Get the corsair or antec. Seriously. They haven't had the issues Rosewill has, and the units linked are solid units capable of powering almost any system today flawlessly. You won't have issues in the future either - PCs with >750W of consumption are a rarity, and will continue to be a rarity due to the difficulty of cooling and the cost of energy.

Good point - I forgot to mention Seasonic. They're an excellent choice as well.
