I am building a new PC with RTX 3070 and intel process , and I want your advice

I checked the parts you have selected for your build and the only advice I can give you is to get a more expensive cooler. These new 10th gen CPU's can get much hotter, and if you want to overclock it certainly won't do it. I mean I have a similar cooler for an i5-3470 and it keeps it around 65C at full load. If you are at the limit of your budget, get an Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO cooler, those are great price-performance if you want to stay air cooled.
