Question Is this power supply safe to use for an sff pc?

It is 500 watts and I need a low profile psu for an sff build. Will be ryzen 3 1200, 8gb ram, rx 570 mini laid flat with gpu riser cable. And a 13 inch screen for an all in one gaming PC.

Not a true 500w , there's only 22A on the 12v+ rail and no PCIE power cable. Junk.
