Is this PSU good for my build?

Hey guys, just wondering if this PSU would be good enough for my build?

CPU: i5-3570k
GPU: GTX 560 ti Twin Frozr II
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16gbs
SSD: Intel 330 series 120gbs
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
DVD RW: LG GH24NS90

It'll be just fine (about 100-150W more than you need, actually), and the Rosewill Capstone's are very good units as well (I have the Capstone-750 myself).

Hard to beat that price for an 80+ Gold - gets good reviews as well.
