I got a recommendation from Crucial's System Scanner, saying that Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM is compatible with my Acer Aspire A315-22 laptop, . But according to the information presented on this website: https://askgeek.io/en/cpus/AMD/A4-9120e , my CPU supports only DDR4-2133, and not DDR4-3200.
Here is more system information:
Processor:
Name: ADM A4
Code Name: Stoney Ridge
Socket: FT4
Specification: AMD A4-9120e RADEON R3, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G
Motherboard:
Manufacturer: SR
Model: Rose_SR V1.09
Bus Specs: PCI-Express 3.0 (8.0 GT/s)
Chipset: AMD K15 IMC
Southbridge: AMD FCH
BIOS:
Brand: Phoenix Technologies Ltd.
Version: V1.09 - AMD AGESA StoneyPI V1.3.0.G
I hope the information presented here is enough for you to decide whether or not the Crucial memory is 100% compatible with my laptop. If not, recommend me another kind of memory that is 100% compatible with the laptop.
Thanks.
