Just got crossfire?

The core clock on one of the cards is locked @ 100 and memory at 150

The coreckicj on the second one is the normal 900/1050

How should I change the clocl of the second one?

Those numbers don't make sense, 100 and 150, I assume you mean 1000 and 1050. Your system will effectively run at the lowest clock speed, so both will run at 900MHz in the above example.

The only way to increase this is to OC the slower card to match the faster one.
