I'm going to be building a system for myself soon, since after I move out of my parents house they won't let me my baby here with me. :/ I can't find a whole lot of info comparing the Via K8T800 and the K8T800 Pro chipsets, and was wondering what the main differences between the two are, and what the pros/cons are of each, over the other. The mobo I will be getting will either be an Abit KV8-Max3, an Asus K8V SE Deluxe, or, if the Pro chipset is really worth it, I will get (most likely) an Abit KV8 Pro, since Asus doesn't offer a Socket 754 K8T800 Pro mobo (although this is sort of a good thing, since I would be even more torn).

Thanks in advance.

K8T800 is for socket 754 and K8T800 Pro is for socket 939.

I recommend getting a mobo based on superior nForce3 250 chipset
