Keeping having problems with my graphic card, PSU to blame?

Got a new GTX 770 2GB DC II and Im having blank screen problems, have all the drivers updated.
Could my new PSU CX750M be the culprit?

I used OCCT (a stability-checking software) and ran the power supply for testing, the monitor goes black and the GPU freezes.

Any solution?
