Has anybody herd anything more about the 650-660 cards like a release estimate or date or price performance range? I was wondering if it was worth waiting or just grab the 460gtx i saw for 80$ or the 6870

well judging from the 680 OC reviews where the memory was OC'ed, it didn't show a huge bottleneck in performance from the memory. I would not get how that would even happen. And if Nvidia knew this, why would they release the card like this as nobody would even care about the 680 if the 670 is 95% of the performance for 80% of the price.

lol, well whether these reviews so far are legit or not... it just goes to show, the consumers eyes will soon see the GTX 670 so whether or not its still a good thing.

Don't know where you are in the world, here in the UK we don't have an issue. never have. Every time I see a post like yours I check online and there are plenty available.

I realise this is of no help to you, I just find it strange that just about every other country seems to have a supply issue yet we don't ?

Seems they got the shipping estimates wrong ?

The reason we have a shortage blackout is because... TSMC's manufacturing process was making limited ammounts, but they have recently upped their quantity's they can produce and now roll em out by the hundreds, what is taking so long, is NVIDIA still isnt getting the yields it wants.... 1Ghz is a long hall for them but its become a standard for them
