I've been popping Kernal 41 errors ever since I built my first PC about two weeks ago. I have a friend who has built several and he's been helping me trouble shoot but he's at a loss now and so am I. This error will pop up randomly. I could be gaming, messing with PC settings, Googling this problem, one time moving an icon across the desktop and even writing this question out. The PC will either mimic a restart or freeze completely but in event viewer it always shows Kernal 41. So now I'm here for help. Below are my specs and what I've done already. I'm not the most tech savy but I have a good handle on PC stuff I think. Thanks!

Specs:
Motherboard: TUF Gaming B650+WIFI ATX AM5
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-5600
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
Graphics Card: Asus Dual OC GeForce RTX 4060 8GB
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 750w 80+ Gold
Tower: Cooler Master TD500
SSD: Acer Predator GM7000 2TB M.2

Troubleshooting:
Ran a Memtest on both RAM sticks and both passed
Doublechecked the pins on the MB (even sent it back as a RMA to Asus which they just sent back as no issues found)
Switched from Windows 11 to 10 (redownloaded 11 several times)
Completely disassembled and reassembled the PC several times
Swapped out the PSU (I had a Corsair RM750e originally)
Reformatted the SSD twice
Deleted all drivers and reinstalled them all twice
Reset the CMOS
Updated BIOS
Moved the PC onto its own surge protector and outlet

A Kernel 41 is an indication of an unexpected shutdown. It is not a problem, just a symptom.
