Hi everybody,

I have encountered an issue in Windows 11, I haven't before.

I am using ASUS TUF Gaming A16, FA607PI-N3010 with Win 11 Pro 64bit, 24H2,

For work I use software, in which in order to export certain files I need to press CTRL+SHIFT+X. First time I installed windows (about two-three weeks ago), I installed all of the software I generally used and noticed that CTRL+SHIFT+X didn't work. Normally, I was concerned that my ne laptop is defective. So, i tried USB keyboard, as well trying from different PC using teamviewer. But still CTRL+SHIFT+X didn't work.

So, I did fresh installation of windows and slowly started installing software one by one until CTRL+SHIFT+X stopped working. And I found a piece of software that I believed to be a culprit. It's a goverment issued software for reading healthcare cards, that has some trustedge middleware installed in him.

So, I didn't install that software and worked as normally. Until today, when CTRL+SHIFT+X stopped working again. I had nothing new installed, aside from windows, nvidia and adobe updates

Now given that this is clearly software issue, that I could resolve by reinstalling windows again, however I don't really want to do that constantly, is there a solution within windows for this. Could this be some windows security feature where for some reason it is blocking this key combination?

This:

"It's a goverment issued software for reading healthcare cards, that has some trustedge middleware installed in him.".

You need to contact the source of that government issued software.

Per forum rules we cannot assist with bypassing what is likely some security protection(s) that have been put into place by the government and/or software developer.
