Question Keyboard button doesn't work properly

So ever since I have have stared editing I need to use the NUM* button to add markers but the button doesnt work unless I press with Shift. And I've tried with Num LK off and on but it does still not work, and my editing software doesnt allow me to change keyboard shortcuts.

Windows 10

Are you on the latest Synapse app from Razer? Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Latest BIOS for your motherbaord/platform?

Ttry uninstalling all Razer software (it's really horrid stuff) and see if it works.

if that fails, then kb is faulty, else it's the horrible razer software. I would test the kb on another computer at this point to make sure it's a faulty kb.

Also run the Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter

I tested the keyboard on my latop and there the button worked so I am reinstalling Synapse
