keyboard install

Has anyone encountered the following and any idea how to
solve??
trying to install new keyboard and the sofware wants to
uninstall the old but encounters the following message.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Hardware\Keyboard\Uninst.isu
The file uninst.isu cannot be found.
Help is appreciated.

How did you first try to uninstall the software? If you deleted the
folder or files from that folder, you are going to end up with this
error because the file no longer exists. Try changing and repairing the
installation if possible.
