Keyboard not allowing multiple key press

previously i could press up and left keys together but am no longer able to do so

my laptop is gateway md7818u
arrow key are working but not able to use 2 keys at same time
like combination left -up , right- down , n-h,b-g
please help

Does Ctrl + alt + del work?
If so it may be the game settings that need to be changed.

so now what can i do
i already reinstalled my vista but same problem

According to the manual there are no two arrow key combinations.

What is not happening when the arrow keys are pressed?

i am saying that i am not able to play games
because i m not able to move forward left
or turn left while accelerating
when i press both keys i jst go either left or straight
not both

and combinations do not work even in windows apps

maybe should i try reinstalling keyboard drivers or somthing

If your keyboard came with drivers you should install them.
I'll assume that you downloaded and installed all the latest drivers for your hardware after the OS reinstall?

yesss everthing works fine now
installed all updates and
drivers and now it works fine
