[SOLVED] Lags and freezes

Ok So I built a new PC ,
B450 Tomahawk Max
Amd ryzen 3600
GtX 1660 Super
16gb ram 3200
and I kept the same HDD
(I do not have a ssd ) for the moment .

And first everything was good , but now I keep getting In game freezes (( when I have 100-140 fps ( call of duty )
or 200 & + fortnite))

I have a 30-50 ping
so I dont think its the connection ,
And I have installed every single nvidia driver .

I transfered My Hdd to my new pc
And set an activation code for windows .

I can have smooth gameplay . and some time it start freezing
I have 4 Rf1 Fans one behind one on top , And three infront
all pointing the same direction .(front)
and the one on top pointing down on the cpu/ gpu.
I have a thermaltake 750 w bronze certified PSU
can some one help me solve these

I updated to the latest bios

You carried over your old C drive without reinstalling Windows? Reinstall.
The old system drivers and registry files need to be flushed out.
