LAN network property

Hello,

Vista home premium sp2
Dell Studio Laptop 1535

local network property sheets are already open problem
Can't view Properties for Local Area Connection. I get this error message:
"The controls on this property sheet are disabled because one or more other network property sheets are already open.
To use these controls, close all property sheets and then reopen this one"
Can't modify components.

My wireless works fine!

Solved !
login as administrator / safe mode.
Some definitions removed from system / device / network adapters.
Now both wireless/wired are working fine.
