Hello, today i was using my bluetooth earbuds on my laptop and they were not working well, despite being connected it was not giving any sound (i was using it before and it was working), Then the youtube video stopped playing and it crashed.
This is the link to the minidump file, i'm not good with OneDrive so i don't know if it's properly shared.

Thank you in advance.

Solution
ndis.sys is mentioned in dumps, it is Network driver Interface specification

Do you use Ethernet or WiFi?
your Ethernet driver is old
Jan 14 2020e2xw10x64.sysKiller PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver http://www.killernetworking.com/
your WIFI is new
Aug 09 2021Netwtw08.sysIntel(R) Wireless Networking driver

Killer got taken over by Intel, searching for Killer Ethernet just shows Intel WIFI page, not what I want...
the newest drivers on laptop site (if its right site) is older than what you have installed now.

this is newest - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19779/intel-killer-performance-suite.html...
