Question Laptop doesn't boot

While playing Apex Legends, the monitor, laptop keyboard, trackpad and speakers suddenly stopped working. All external devices and the computer itself kept working as usual. I tried doing a complete power flush by unplugging everything (battery too) and holding the power button for around 60 seconds.

When I tried to turn the laptop back on, the power light turned on, the fans started moving for 2-3 seconds and stopped spinning. The power light stayed on for around 15-20 seconds, and eventually turned off. I did the same test with only a stick of RAM installed (tested both) and still had the same problem.

There are no visible signs of damage on any of the components.

The temperatures of the components at the time of crash:

CPU: 72-85°C
GPU: 61-65°C

Laptop specs and adjustments I've made are listed below.

Laptop: HP Omen 16-wf0007nt 7Q7W3EA
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900HX
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 8GB Laptop

Adjustments done to the device:
Everything is set to run on RTX 4070 GPU only, through NVIDIA Optimus.
Fast Boot turned off through registry.

ThrottleStop settings:
High Performance power plan selected.
SpeedShift EPP set to 140.
C1E set to ON

OMEN Gaming Hub settings:
Performance profile selected.
Maximum battery drain set to 40%.

No changes were made through BIOS.

EDIT: Before doing further tests today, I thought that I need to do a power flush every time I wanted to turn the laptop on. Turns out that as long as I keep the lid on and turn the laptop off manually by holding the power button rather than letting it turn off by itself, I don't need another power flush to turn it on (still no boot though). I'm guessing this is a hardware or BIOS problem, but I don't know what exactly could be causing this to happen.
