Question Laptop with GTX graphics with AMD EGPU????

I plan on buying a new laptop. Ive been looking at a few. The Dell dell inspiron 15 7591, dell vostro (inspiron) 15 7590, and dell latitude 14 5401. I am wanting the I7 versions of these. I need the thunderbolt 3 for the GPU. The question is will there be an issue if i have amd and nividia drivers at the same time. Or can i disable the GTX card and uninstall the Nividia and just have the AMD card and drivers on there. The latituda actual has no GPU but the Inspirons have it were i can add more storage with ease.

Windows today has no problem with multiple different graphics drivers.
