Last Upgrade, Combo deal question

So this combo deal currently going on at newegg right now, was just curious if it was a good deal or not as a combo and how reliable is MSI?

Current Rig:
Cooler Master HAF 922
Gigabyte P31-S3G
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
4GB G. Skill Ram
ATI HD 5850 XXX edition
Antec 550W Modular PSU

This will be the last upgrade to my computer but before I purchased it I just wanted to know if it was a good deal and how good MSI products are?

That looks a good combo to me. The i5 750 performs very well in games. You won't go far wrong with that. Unless as obsidian suggested you want the USB 3.0 support. The choice is yours. I'm assuming you have DDR3 memory already?

I can't really comment on the price since I'm from the UK but it does look a good combo.

Using DDR2 Right now, I will upgrade to DDR3 later, but my current memory is holding up fine for now.

you need to get ddr3 with any i3/i5/i7 system

I think that board only supports DDR3 memory.

Well I did buy my DDR2 less then 2 weeks ago so I can RMA it and get DDR3.

make sure you get a low voltage memory thats rated 1.65v or lower or you might fry your new i5
