So I recently purchased a pre-built Lenovo Legion T730-28ICO gaming PC -

16GB DDR4 RAM
1 TB HDD + 256GB Sata Plus SSD
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 GPU(8.2GB Dedicated Video Memory)

I have been having multiple issues with this PC. I've had it for 2 weeks now and the problems are getting worse and worse -
I have been getting multiple game crashes every single day.
Green or rainbow colored lines will go across my screen.
The PC will shut down and restart randomly(usually when the game crashes and the lines go across the screen).
I do have a warranty and I have the opportunity to return or exchange it for a new one, but the new Call of duty just released today and I do not want to be without a PC for weeks waiting for a new one to come in the mail and deal with the return process.
So unless you guys can not help me, then I will then return it.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the video card drivers.
And I was trying to clean and reset the whole PC, but it will not let me. It says that there was a problem when I tried to wipe the drives clean.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
