Question Lenovo Yoga 2in1 i5 laptop - upgrading the M.2

My laptop came with a 500GB M.2 SSD; I'd like to replace it with a 2 or 4TB model. No gaming, just lots of apps and data.

Does anyone know if the internal space is large enough for a 2280 WITH a heatspreader, or do I just go bare?

I have never seen any laptop or portable that can take a heat spreader, at most one is provided with original one.
