Lever in Ravenholm

I'm at a place in Ravenholm where the FAQ says there's a lever
(presumably to raise this metal door), only I can't find the lever.
Where is it?

there's another lever earlier in that level. Its upstairs on a balcony. I
don't remember what is does, but I do know you have to activate it.

If you're refering to the end where you need to pass through a metal gate to
escape the graveyard of zombies, all you need to do is basically follow
Father Gregori until you get to the crypt and he'll pull the lever for you.
The lever is somewhere near the crypt and if you pull it you can raise the
gate, but once you let go it will fall before you can get a chance to pass
through it. You need Gregori to get there to hold it so you can get past.

Which lever Robin? There are several. One I remember with a 'metal
door' is the one with the guy impaled on it being electrocuted? If it's
that one the lever is on the first floor of the building behind you - if
you're facing the jiggling guy of course.

Doesn't ANYONE remember how they got out of Ravenhold? Didn't you bother to
read my post? 🙂

Indeed. Neither have I. But there are basically THREE levers that I can
remember in the entire of Ravenhold. The first is to turn off the
electricity on the fence, the second is used by Gergori to activate the cart
to get you to safety, and the third is used by Gregori to open a "metal
door" to get you to safety.

TBH if the OP was with Gregori I think he'd say so. Other levers
include the two cars and turning off flames etc. Maybe he is trying to
get through a door that doesn't open? Maybe there is another route he's
missing? Dunno. You could be correct but the OP needs to give a little
more info for us to know that. Over to you Mr Kauffman......

Plus a lever to move the moving platform so you can jump onto it (the one Dave
is referring to, I think)... plus all the levers for all the blade traps :)

The OP might actually be referring to the platform lever, as there is a steel
door nearby that I was never able to open.

Yup this is the one I think he is asking for....It's in the middle of the
"open" area...if you look up you will see a square platform....well this
moves when you pull a lever......which is right next to it in an open stand
thingy....

There are more than that. Like the one that moves the platform into a
position where you can jump onto it. (At the kind of central area where
zombies are coming out of all the dark alleyways and there is an engine and
propeller in the middle of the area. And lets not forget the levers that you
pull to drop the cars on top of the zombies. In fact you need to drop one of
the cars and climb on top of it to get up to the area up above. Perhaps this
is where the OP is talking about? His lack of reply is not helping.

That'd be it. Unfortunately, I'm on the ground and need to get up there.

First of all, you have to get up into that raised tin control-cabin and pull the
lever out on the balcony that faces the main "street". This will cause the
square platform suspended from a cable track to run out between you and the
building with the locked steel door. I initially made the same mistake as I
think you have made: I tried to find a way to jump onto it, but you can't when
it is in this position. You need to pull the lever once more. It will then
move into a position where you can jump onto it, but not from here. You need to
leave the cabin and head downhill on the main street, then take a right turn,
then left into a weedy alley behind the last building on the right. Watch out
for fast zombies, headcrabs, and the usual nasties. From here you can jump up
onto a succession of platforms and roofs that will get you onto a walkway that
works its way around the buildings and back to a position from where you can
jump onto the cable-platform, and from there onto some scaffolding. Proceed
from there.
