Looking for a good pci wireless card

Hey guys I am looking for a good pci wireless card that will work well with my system and work well with streaming games via the Nividia shield. I do not want a wireless usb dongle. What is my best bang for the buck? Thanks for your input!

works like a gem
all way across the house like 10m and 3 walls. 4 bar signal. same ping as wired
