Looking For a HARD RAMDRIVE.

I saw a Hard Ramdrive, Once awhile ago. (Yes a physical box containing RAM to act as a Hard Drive). Are they still being made, if so where can I find one for PC133, PC150 Mem?

You can get them, but It'll cost you. Try a search for solid state disks. I think they are most popular for web servers. I wish I could afford a few Gigs for my system.
