I am currently seeking to buy a cd-rw, I was looking at the plexwriter 12/4/32 but it's a tad too expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cd=rw for about $200, that has features such as bit for bit copying?

ps scsi wouldl be nice but I need to know what kind of controller card to get

Take a look at the lower-speed Plextors.

I recommend the Plextor 12/10/32A. Considering that it cost almost $300 (IDE version) 4 months ago, I imagine it should be closer to $200 come spring time.
I think the SCSI version is 1.5 to 2 times as much as the IDE version. Since you only want to spend $200 IDE is the way to go.
