Looking for best $100.00 video card for my older system.

I am looking to buy a new $100.00 video card for children's older computer. They play a few games online from Steam, but nothing major, and stream Netflix.These are my PC Specs: Gigabyte H55m-S2H MOBO(http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3310#ov) a Core i3 - 540 CPU, SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze EVO Edition 520W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply, Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive, CORSAIR Vengeance LP 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML4GX3M2A1600C9B, COOLER MASTER Intel Core i5 compatible GeminII S RR-CCH-PBU1-GP 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler. I have pci e x16 slot available. Any advice would be helpful, Thank You.

I really recomend getting an GTX 750, since it's a children's computer. He'll need a simple to use GPU and simple to maintain GPU ya know?
But since the "cheapest" versions are only 1GB with VRAM, get the GTX 750 Ti one like this.

Beside the contact pins, with the white block? That's just to lock it in. As for the blue PCB itself, that has nothing to do with quality.
